The New Zealand Children’s Cancer Registry (NZCCR) is an opt-out registry of children diagnosed with cancer and some related non-cancer conditions in New Zealand. NZCCR includes information for almost all children diagnosed with cancer in New Zealand since January 2000.

The Late Effects Assessment Programme (LEAP) monitors children who have completed treatment, to identify and manage any issues that may arise as a result of their cancer or treatment. This information is also recorded in NZCCR.
